What Are the Check-In and Check-Out Times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Please note that the apartment may not be ready before this time, so we kindly ask that you check in no earlier than scheduled.
Check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon).
We ask that you respect this time so we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
If needed, a late check-out may be arranged in advance for an additional fee and subject to availability.
Why Is Prepayment Required for Late Check-In?
If you’re arriving after 6:00 PM, prepayment is required. This helps us confirm that the apartment is reserved for you and that you genuinely plan to check in. On the same day, you’ll receive self check-in instructions. This process gives you peace of mind that the apartment will be ready and waiting for your late arrival — and gives us confirmation of your intent to use the booking.
What Exchange Rate Is Used for Payment?
All payments are made at the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
How Does Check-In Work?
Check-in is completely contactless, ensuring maximum comfort and safety for our guests.
The keys are securely placed in a special lockbox, and you’ll receive access details after your booking is confirmed along with all the necessary instructions.
All important information about the check-in process and apartment access will be sent to you in advance, so you can easily and conveniently retrieve the keys and settle in at your own pace.
How Do I Open the Lockbox?
To get the key from the lockbox, just follow these steps:
- Slide open the lockbox cover
- Enter the code you received
- Pull the small lever down
- Open the box by pulling the front toward you and take out the key.
Why Do You Need My Passport Details?
We’re required to submit guest information to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for registration purposes. This is due to changes that came into effect on July 7, 2024, under Article 43¹ of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated January 4, 2010, No. 105-З “On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons” (https://mvd.gov.by/m/ru/news/13106).
To register, we need the following details: Full name, Passport number and series, Date of issue and expiry, Nationality, Date of birth.
